During my research I have taken references from the ancient Japanese tradition and the aesthetics of samurai warriors.

What inspired me the most were the textures that their armors had, called “Yoroi”, which instead of being simple metallic garments, were full of colors and had so many different patterns.

Si I tried to transfer its cuts and silhouettes into a more avant-garde vision, creating a 21st century samurai armour.
